About the position

We are looking for a Project/Supply Chain Coordinator to work for a growing team within a Network PMO group. This is an opportunity to work with a fast-paced, highly cross-functional group. You will be responsible for processing order reports, collecting data around bill of materials and delivery dates. You will also work hand in hand with multiple supply chain/logistics teams to increase visibility to date across the cross-functional teams. We need a candidate that prides themselves on organization, ability to optimize data and a go-getter. In this role, you will engage in various tasks that are crucial for the smooth operation of our supply chain processes. Your responsibilities will include ship label creation using our FedEx account information, updating the Open Order Report by entering delivery dates into SAP on a daily basis, and managing the NetEngDemand column with accurate delivery dates. You will also be responsible for updating the Misc sheet column with delivery dates, ensuring that all data is current and accurate. Additionally, you will check FedEx tracking numbers on the FedEx website to confirm that materials have been delivered. Processing Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) will be part of your duties, where you will upload pre-filled STO templates to SAP and update bugs/tickets with estimated times of arrival (ETAs) and tracking numbers. You will need to communicate with FedEx for updates on late deliveries and handle conversations with suppliers regarding any delays. Furthermore, you will create and manage PEGA tickets for all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring that STOs ship by the next day and creating GUTS tickets as necessary to follow up with the warehouse. Lastly, you will gather tracking numbers from the team for orders that physically ship but do not have tracking numbers populated in SAP.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience with SAP for updating delivery dates and processing orders.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and logistics teams.
  • Experience in supply chain or logistics coordination.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with FedEx shipping processes and tracking systems.
  • Experience with PEGA ticketing system.
  • Knowledge of Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) and warehouse operations.
