About the position

LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team at a leading apparel company based in Hillsboro, OR. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting project managers and teams with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information. Your role will involve organizing projects with the goal of ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, while effectively communicating with the customer throughout the process. In this position, you will liaise with clients and account representatives to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. You will monitor and track the project's progress, handling any issues that arise along the way. Acting as the point of contact, you will communicate project status to all participants, including the art and design team, production team, sales team, and supply chain team. Your ability to create and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external partners will be crucial to your success. Additionally, you will utilize Excel and an ERP system to track and manage ongoing projects, ensuring comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports are maintained. Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients and account reps to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.

  • Utilize Excel and an ERP system to track and manage ongoing projects.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a project coordinator, customer service, account management, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of working in the apparel industry or the desire to do so is a big plus.
  • Strong Excel knowledge, including pivot tables and vlookups.
  • ERP experience is a big plus.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
