About the position
GRAEF is seeking a Project Surveyor to join their Survey Services team at the Milwaukee Headquarters. This role involves preparing various types of surveys and plats, processing topographic surveys, and performing construction staking layouts. The position emphasizes technical excellence and relationship-building within a supportive and innovative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of Plat of Surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Wisconsin Department of Transportation Project Plats, Traditional Plats, and Easement Exhibits.
- Processing and mapping Topographic Surveys.
- Preparing construction staking layouts.
- Performing occasional field work as required.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in civil engineering technology or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of applicable experience.
- Professional Land Surveyor license in WI preferred, or ability to acquire within 6 months of employment.
- Experience in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation, Blue Beam, and Microsoft Office.
