Responsibilities

• Oversee surveying operations and regional projects
• Prepare scopes of work, manage projects, and fee estimates
• Conduct traverse and boundary analysis, positional quality assessment, and statistical analysis of data
• Ensure CAD quality control
• Prepare legal descriptions and plats/exhibits for boundary surveys, subdivisions, or easements
• Engage in professional client development

Requirements

• 4+ years of land surveying experience
• Experience in topographic, boundary, construction layout, and ALTA surveys
• Working knowledge of CAD
• LSIT or Professional Land Surveying certification (preferred)
• Ability to manage client relationships
