About the position

Tyto is seeking a Project Systems Analyst to support a multi-year contract providing Cyberspace Support Services for the Air Force's 688th Cyberspace Wing. The role involves assessing cyberspace operations, developing planning products, and providing analysis and guidance on policy implementation. The analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and contribute to the development of operational plans and training for cyber operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support systematic and continuing assessment of USAF, DoD and CCMD cyberspace operations.
  • Provide analysis, definition, review, and validation of high-level cyberspace requirements.
  • Develop planning products for cyber operations and associated training.
  • Refine the development and maturing of operating concepts and interfaces.
  • Interpret regulations and provide advice on implementation of guidance.
  • Coordinate with NAF, MAJCOM and DoD partners integrating cyber disciplines into operational missions.
  • Use data to inform program priorities and identify policy challenges.
  • Analyze current cyberspace policies and government regulations to develop new programs.
  • Conduct analysis of operational, conceptual, functional, and strategic support plans.
  • Provide research and analysis and assist in the creation of databases for technology baseline.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise standardization strategy.
  • Advise and assist project teams in identifying and resolving issues.
  • Participate in conferences and file appropriate post-event reports.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years' experience in USAF Defensive Cyberspace Operations.
  • 3 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Active DoD 8570 IAT Level II OR DoD 8570.01M IAM Level-2 Certification required.
  • Minimum one active certification from a specified list (e.g., CYSA+, Security Plus CE, etc.).
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Current DoD TS/SCI eligibility.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • USAF Cyberspace Weapon System Operator Qualification.
