About the position

The Project Team Liaison/Coordinator at Nightwing is responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, and scheduling the successful relocation of program functions to new facilities. This role serves as the primary contact for customer coordination during the design and build of the new facility, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. The Liaison/Coordinator will engage with senior personnel on design plans and move strategies, while managing all aspects of the relocation process to minimize impact on mission support.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and direct the relocation of program functions to new facilities.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer coordination throughout the relocation process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Engage with senior personnel regarding design plans and move strategies.
  • Establish relocation requirements with project teams and manage execution of move activities.

Requirements

  • Five years or more of experience implementing project management principles on large projects.
  • Five years or more of experience in program management supporting IC contracts at the TS/SCI level.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph.
  • Overall 10 years of experience.

  • Experience interacting with the Customer's mission partners and third-party contractors.
  • Ability to initiate and lead significant change in support of Customer strategies.
