About the position

Three Pillars Senior Living Communities is seeking a Project Technician to join our team in Dousman, WI. This full-time position involves a day shift with rotating on-call responsibilities. The Project Technician will be responsible for completing assigned work orders, maintaining records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and performing a variety of construction and renovation tasks. These tasks may include kitchen cabinet replacements, trim work, door replacements, minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and repairs of various items. The technician will also maintain HVAC units, assist in coordinating vendor services, and ensure compliance with safety standards. A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment is essential, along with developing effective relationships with vendors and contractors.

Responsibilities

  • Complete all assigned work orders.
  • Maintain records of all work completed in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Perform a wide variety of construction and renovation tasks.
  • Repair a wide variety of items such as blocked drains, faucets, light fixtures, and more.
  • Maintain HVAC units.
  • Assist in coordinating outside vendor services.
  • Maintain low pressure boiler systems.
  • Provide on-call assistance with other technicians.
  • Assist the campus Grounds Team as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Ensure machinery and equipment are in proper working order.
  • Ensure all equipment and contractors follow OSHA standards.
  • Function as a Facilities Technician as needed.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with vendors and contractors.
  • Maintain a positive image of Three Pillars in the community.
  • Keep current with industry trends through training and education.
  • Seek opportunities for quality improvement.
  • Recognize and respond to customer's needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Five (5) years of experience in Facilities Maintenance, Construction, or a related field.
  • Strong background in construction, plumbing repair, or electrical repair preferred.
  • Valid State of Wisconsin driver's license.
