About the position

The Promotions Driver is responsible for transporting and unloading merchandise at customer locations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate deliveries. This role ensures compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and involves managing product returns and accurate invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Transport products to customer locations
• Unload and verify products at customer locations
• Deliver returned products and empty totes back to the warehouse daily
• Accountable for all assigned company assets including truck equipment and inventory
• Maintain service appearance and record retention requirements
• Follow all operational and quality control procedures
• Maintain compliance with government requirements
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1-2 years driving experience with a Class C license
• Effective communication skills with customers and coworkers
• Ability to work with little supervision
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Ability to read maps
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Completion of driver's safety classes
