About the position
The Promotions Support Admin plays a crucial role in managing sensitive and confidential information at Armor Animal Health. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data entered into the ERP system, handling vendor promotions, rebates, and rep incentive payments under the direction of the Director of Business Operations. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills to facilitate vendor promotions and incentives effectively.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate all vendor promotions, providing data to the Marketing Coordinator and documenting necessary information on SharePoint.
- Facilitate all vendor rep incentives (SPIFFS), providing data to the Marketing Coordinator and reporting necessary information to Market Analyst, Finance, and Vendor.
- Assist in documenting and reporting vendor rebates, tracking and validating data with payments.
- Clean up product, vendor, and customer data to improve accuracy.
- Create and submit data loader files to the ERP system as needed.
- Assist with other areas as needed.
Requirements
- Requires a combined related education and work experience of 3 years.
- Experience with ERP systems and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, ratios, and percentages.
Nice-to-haves
- Working knowledge, understanding, and interest in livestock production agriculture is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
