About the position
US Tech Force is seeking a motivated and driven Propane Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations at our propane facility. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of the plant, maintaining safety standards, and providing excellent customer service. The Propane Facility Manager will be responsible for managing all drivers at the facility, scheduling their shifts, and assisting customers throughout the day. This position requires close collaboration with the Corporate Office to ensure the success of the plant and adherence to company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety, ensuring that all operations comply with safety regulations and best practices. The role also involves training and mentoring staff to foster a positive work environment and enhance team performance. The Propane Facility Manager will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Managing all drivers of the facility

Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- CDL is a huge bonus
- Friendly attitude with good verbal communication skills
- Must have computer knowledge
