About The Position

As a Propane Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and customer support during field visits. Your role will involve the on-site installation of tanks and regulators, performing routine and emergency out-of-gas safety checks, and providing safety information to customers with clear explanations. You will also be tasked with performing general maintenance on equipment and propane lines, producing timely and detailed service work orders, and cooperating with management and the service team to share vital information. Understanding customer requests and making appropriate recommendations will be key to your success in this role. In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist customers with pilot lighting on propane appliances, perform routine maintenance at yard/storage locations, and respond to customer emergencies as needed. This position requires a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction, as well as the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
