About The Position
The Property Accounting Manager is responsible for supervising, supporting, and leading the property accounting group on day-to-day and monthly close deadlines. This includes overseeing the GL close, revenue close, account reconciliations, journal entries, and other analytical procedures. The role also involves general accounts analysis, production, and JIB accounting. The position reports directly to the Division Controller and indirectly to the Crescent Controller.
