About the position

The Property Administrator role is a short-term contract position based in Watsonville, California, focused on assisting in the management of tenant leases, billing, and accounts within the real estate industry. The position requires proficiency in various management and accounting software systems to ensure efficient operations and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing tenant relationships and inquiries
  • Handle and process leasing documentation
  • Use accounting software systems for managing financial transactions
  • Engage in billing functions and budget processes
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Utilize CRM and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for efficient customer management
  • Use Yardi for property management purposes
  • Leverage ADP for financial services
  • Manage and maintain accurate records
  • Perform other related administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a Property Administrator role or a similar position
  • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems
  • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
  • Proven experience in operating a Management System
  • Strong understanding of Accounting Functions
  • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Proficiency in executing Billing Functions
  • Knowledge of Budget Processes
  • Experience with Yardi software is an advantage
