About the position
The Property Associate role at JLL involves supporting the office property management team by providing exceptional service to tenants and assisting with various administrative tasks. The position focuses on enhancing the property management experience through effective communication, organization, and the application of technology to drive operational improvements.
Responsibilities
- Support the property management team in delivering best-in-class service.
- Interact with tenants and assist with their needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and code invoices accurately.
- Track certificates of insurance and ensure compliance.
- Act as a liaison between tenants and building staff to maintain a clean and functional environment.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for implementing innovative ideas in a collaborative team setting.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma is required; bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience supporting a commercial property management team is required.
- Advanced oral and written communication skills are necessary.
- Strong organization and time management skills are essential.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Work Order Management is required.
- Familiarity with Yardi and AR/AP processes is necessary.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in tenant and vendor interaction is preferred.
