About the position

The Property Processor at Allstate plays a crucial role in providing processing support to both internal and external customers, as well as business partners. This position is essential for ensuring that data is processed accurately and in accordance with established internal and external business requirements. The Property Processor will utilize a variety of systems and channels to complete a range of tasks, adhering to standard organizational processes and procedures. In this role, the Property Processor will be responsible for processing data, which includes validating, editing, and correcting information to ensure accuracy. The individual will use established tools and procedures to identify, organize, and categorize information effectively. Communication is key, as the Property Processor will receive and respond to inquiries, exchanging and verifying relevant information to provide routine support to internal teams, agents, consumers, and business partners. The job also requires the ability to perform routine changes that necessitate a basic understanding of company policy and insurance guidelines. The Property Processor must be adaptable, responding promptly and consistently to changing needs and circumstances. Additionally, tracking and reporting system and/or policy issues will be part of the responsibilities, ensuring that any discrepancies are addressed in a timely manner. Overall, this position is designed for individuals who are detail-oriented and capable of working under general supervision while following established procedures. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
  • 0-2 years experience (Preferred)
  • Ability to work under general supervision within established procedures
  • Ability to learn new processes, systems or guidelines
  • Ability to communicate well with a variety of audiences
