About the position

TBH Investments LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join their team. This commission-only role is ideal for individuals passionate about real estate and who thrive in a fast-paced environment. The primary focus of the position is to follow up with motivated seller leads, negotiate offers, and manage property acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with motivated seller leads generated by the company.
• Negotiate and present offers to property sellers.
• Manage and update lead information in the company's CRM (Podio).
• Schedule and attend appointments with sellers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and sellers to ensure successful deals.
• Collaborate with the team to strategize on exit strategies and deal evaluations.
• Participate in weekly coaching calls and team meetings.
• Be active in the company's WhatsApp group for real-time communication.

Requirements

• Real estate license preferred (or willingness to obtain one within 90 days).
• Strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time, in-office from 9 AM - 6 PM.
• Must have a laptop, cell phone, and reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in real estate is a plus, but not required.
