At Florida Vacation Homes, we are seeking a hands-on Vacation Rental Property Field Operations Manager who is preferably experienced in the vacation rental industry. This role involves managing a portfolio of approximately 45-50 vacation rental properties within our inventory of 230 properties. The ideal candidate will be a skilled jack or jill of all trades, capable of managing multiple projects and effectively leading a team. Our company, established in 2010, specializes in luxury vacation rentals in popular Florida destinations, and we pride ourselves on being one of the leading vacation rental managers in Central Florida. We aim to provide the service expected from a high-touch boutique company, offering great attention to detail and intimate knowledge of each property, while also leveraging the support, resources, and marketing power of a larger management company. As the Property Field Operations Manager, you will be responsible for performing home inspections and minor maintenance duties as needed. You will delegate maintenance jobs to our in-house team and schedule maintenance jobs with third-party vendors as required. Providing 5-star customer service to guests is paramount, and you will troubleshoot solutions to ensure any issues are resolved promptly. Your diligence will contribute to ensuring that your properties receive glowing reviews and referrals, which is essential for our business. Administrative duties will include filling out work orders and creating reports for all work performed. You will maintain up-to-date records of each property, including inventory, inspection checks, and maintenance work orders. Additionally, you will create schedules for the in-house maintenance team and schedule deep cleans, carpet cleans, and pressure washing as needed. Upholding Florida Vacation Homes standards for vacation homes and customer service is a critical aspect of this role.
