About The Position
RHP Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Stoneybrook community located in Greeley, CO. The technician will perform general grounds and lawn maintenance, as well as basic repairs to homes owned by the community, for 40 hours per week. The role involves ensuring homes and community areas are in proper condition, executing assigned work orders, and promoting goodwill with residents and visitors. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining the community grounds, performing snow removal, and advising the Community Manager on maintenance needs.
