About the position
Mueller Reports is seeking a dedicated Property Inspector to join their team in a part-time capacity. This role involves evaluating properties for insurance purposes, allowing for flexible scheduling and independent work. Inspectors will have opportunities for advancement and may transition to full-time positions based on performance. The company also offers to cover the cost of an inspection certification course for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and photograph homes, capturing clear images of key areas such as the roof and exterior.
- Measure and diagram properties using a smartphone app to create accurate property diagrams and scans.
- Report findings by inputting measurements, photographs, and observations into the proprietary app to generate detailed inspection reports.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid and current driver's license is required.
- Must reside in and be willing to travel within specified counties in Kentucky.
- Reliable, fuel-efficient personal vehicle that is fully insured is necessary.
- Access to a recent smartphone and a computer with high-speed internet.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in delivery services, installation and repair (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), sales, landscaping, groundskeeping, customer service, or real estate appraisals.
