About the position

CIS Group LLC is seeking a 1099 Property Insurance Inspector to conduct field underwriting inspections primarily for residential properties. The role involves traveling to various locations to take photos, gather property data, and upload the information using a smartphone or computer. The position offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing inspectors to choose their own hours, while primarily requiring work during daylight hours from Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field underwriting inspections at residential properties.
• Take exterior and, when necessary, interior photos of properties.
• Gather and upload property data using a smartphone or computer.
• Work independently as a 1099 contractor, managing your own schedule.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Must own a reliable vehicle.
• Access to a fairly recent smartphone or tablet capable of taking and storing photos.
• Good communication skills are essential.
