About the position

The Property Leasing Agent will provide property management services, ensuring high-quality customer service and effective communication. This role involves managing property inspections, handling minor repairs, and coordinating home services, particularly during emergencies and natural disasters. The agent will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring properties are ready for new tenants.

Responsibilities

• Provide property management services for housing
• Conduct customer service property damage and safety inspections
• Handle minor issues, repairs, and home service coordination
• Provide expert assistance in emergencies and natural disasters
• Communicate daily and resolve maintenance issues or questions
• Ensure all details are completed on empty sites between tenants
• Accurately and timely record data for the management team

Requirements

• Prior managerial experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks with urgency
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
