About the position

The Property Leasing Agent will provide property management services, ensuring high-quality customer service and effective communication while managing various property-related tasks. This role involves handling minor repairs, conducting safety inspections, and coordinating home services, all while maintaining accurate records and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide property management services for housing.
• Conduct customer service property damage and safety inspections.
• Handle minor issues, repairs, and home service coordination.
• Offer expert assistance in emergencies and natural disasters.
• Communicate daily and resolve maintenance issues or questions.
• Ensure all details are completed on empty sites between tenants.
• Accurately and timely record data for the management team.
