This role involves handling property damage inspections, coordinating repairs, and assisting in emergencies. The ideal candidate will have prior managerial experience and a strong dedication to service integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide property management services for housing.
• Conduct customer service property damage and safety inspections.
• Handle minor issues, repairs, and home service coordination.
• Provide expert assistance in emergencies and natural disasters.
• Communicate daily and resolve maintenance issues or questions.
• Ensure all details are completed on empty sites between tenants.
• Accurately and timely record data for the management team.
