About the position

The Property Leasing Agent will provide property management services, ensuring high-quality customer service and effective communication. This role involves handling property damage inspections, coordinating repairs, and assisting in emergencies. The agent will also manage tenant transitions and maintain accurate records for the management team.

Responsibilities

• Provide property management services for housing.
• Conduct customer service property damage and safety inspections.
• Handle minor issues, repairs, and home service coordination.
• Provide expert assistance in emergencies and natural disasters.
• Communicate daily and resolve maintenance issues or questions.
• Ensure all details are completed on empty sites between tenants.
• Accurately and timely record data for the management team.
