This role involves managing housing properties, conducting inspections, coordinating repairs, and assisting during emergencies. The ideal candidate will have prior managerial experience and a strong dedication to service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide property management services for housing.
• Conduct customer service property damage and safety inspections.
• Handle minor issues, repairs, and home service coordination.
• Offer expert assistance in emergencies and natural disasters.
• Communicate daily and resolve maintenance issues or questions.
• Ensure all details are completed on empty sites between tenants.
• Accurately and timely record data for the management team.
