About the position

As a Property Maintenance Associate at June Homes, you will play a crucial role in managing the maintenance of properties within your assigned territory. This position involves both hands-on repairs and coordination with vendors for more complex issues that require specialized knowledge or licensing. You will be responsible for responding to maintenance requests, performing in-person repairs and troubleshooting, and conducting regular preventive maintenance walk-throughs of each building. During these walk-throughs, you will fix minor issues, document repairs, and note any further attention needed. All resolutions must be reported in the tracking system to ensure transparency and accountability. In collaboration with the Support Department, you will receive requests from residents and ensure that all complaints are addressed promptly. This includes assigning tasks and tickets properly to adhere to service level agreements (SLAs). You will also ensure that housekeepers and maintenance vendors are equipped to respond to tickets in a timely manner and deliver services as per SLAs. Coordination with the Warehouse Manager will be essential for the availability and delivery of maintenance supplies. Additionally, you will manage landlord relations by preparing requests and supporting materials for property maintenance issues and following through on resolutions. Post-renovation inspections will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that the scope of work is completed and the property is ready for occupancy.
