Responsibilities

  • Perform minor repairs to electrical systems inside and outside of units, including breakers, outlets, switches, disposals, and ceiling fans.
  • Conduct carpentry repairs such as door repairs and replacements, exterior repairs, and some tile work.
  • Execute interior and exterior painting, including preparation of drywall and siding, as well as staining and finishing of wood surfaces.
  • Handle plumbing repairs, including changing out faucets, supply lines, and toilets.
  • Complete all forms, work orders, and related paperwork in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive independently to and from job assignment sites safely and professionally, using a company vehicle for maintenance-related issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One year of relevant experience in the maintenance field or a certificate from a maintenance trade/vocational school.
  • Valid Texas Driver's License with a clear MVR and ability to be insured.
