The Maintenance Repair Technician position at Ad-West Realty involves performing essential maintenance and repair tasks for two apartment complexes. The technician will be responsible for a variety of repairs and maintenance duties, including plumbing, electrical work, and general upkeep of the facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor and major maintenance and repairs for two apartment complexes.
• Conduct inspections of vacated and occupied apartments for maintenance and repair needs.
• Maintain outdoor lighting and perform necessary repairs.
• Maintain swimming pool if applicable.
• Replace baseboard heaters, switches, thermostats, and appliance parts.
• Maintain good public relations with the community by conducting all property activities in a professional manner.
• Be on call for emergencies such as fire, electrical issues, or flooding.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a reliable vehicle with insurance coverage.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior maintenance/repair experience for a multi-unit property or professional organization.
