We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Property Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of our apartment buildings and common areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general repair and maintenance, with a focus on ensuring the physical structures of the complex are well-maintained and functional. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance duties, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and HVAC tasks. As a Property Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for addressing maintenance requests from residents and ensuring that all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Your duties will include replacing and repairing leaking pipes, toilets, faucets, and showers, as well as performing regular plumbing maintenance. You will also handle electrical tasks such as replacing faulty switches and outlets, tracing short circuits, and installing new light fixtures. Additionally, you will be tasked with HVAC responsibilities, including troubleshooting hot water boilers and replacing thermostats. Carpentry work will also be a significant part of your role, which includes replacing door locks, repairing windows and door frames, and performing drywall patching and painting.
