About the position

The Property Maintenance position at Argus Technical Services involves performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of properties. The role requires hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance, as well as the ability to manage grounds maintenance and assist contractors. The position is essential for preparing vacant units for occupancy and maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs of an assigned area, including pipes, toilets, light fixtures, circuit breakers, furnaces, and appliances.
• Repair windows, doors, and frames; replace drywall; and repair cabinets and other structures.
• Turn around vacant units for occupancy, including repairs and cleaning.
• Perform standard grounds maintenance, including snow removal, landscaping, and lawn mowing.
• Assist contractors performing services at developments.
• Perform standard cleaning and trash removal tasks.
• Carry out other duties of a similar nature or level.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
• 2-4 years of related experience in property maintenance or a similar field.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver License
• Knowledge of related tools, equipment, and materials for maintenance tasks.
• Ability to perform tasks under general supervision and make recommendations for work procedures.
