About the position

Responsibilities
- Inspect and maintain building and tenant spaces.
- Perform minor repairs on community areas.
- Conduct general maintenance tasks such as pressure cleaning, drywall repair, plastering, carpentry, flooring, and ceiling repair.
- Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facilities.
- Perform basic repairs for air conditioning and heating systems as required.
- Create a safe and attractive environment.
- Complete building repairs such as replacing ceiling tiles, filters, and light bulbs.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness of the exterior of the buildings and grounds.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing maintenance.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders, stoop, push, pull, bend, and reach upward.
- Must have a truck in working order.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
