About The Position
D.R. Horton, Inc., the largest homebuilder in the U.S., is seeking a Community Manager-PM for its multifamily development division, DHI Communities. The Community Manager will oversee the day-to-day business operations of the community, ensuring that staff performance, community standards, marketing, service, leasing effectiveness, resident retention, and property financials are managed effectively. This role requires a focus on maintaining high standards for resident service and compliance with various laws and regulations governing rental housing operations.
