About the position

We are seeking a dedicated Property Management Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our property management department, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding of new investment properties and their owners. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service that our company is known for, and it involves a variety of tasks that require attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The Property Management Onboarding Specialist will manage and maintain multiple onboarding files, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. This position requires excellent customer service skills, as the specialist will interact with property owners and must provide prompt and professional assistance. In addition to managing onboarding files, the specialist will create Management Agreements, Owner Pages, and New Property Pages. This involves not only administrative tasks but also the ability to communicate effectively with team members and property owners. The role includes handling phone calls and emails, assigning tasks to other team members, and ensuring that all property-related information is accurate and up-to-date. The successful candidate will need to be proactive in identifying missing information and determining the next steps in the onboarding process. This is a full-time position with a schedule of 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, located at 4870 Vista Boulevard, Sparks, NV 89436. The ideal candidate will be someone who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals, all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the onboarding of multiple files
  • Provide excellent customer service to owners in a prompt and professional manner
  • Create Management Agreements, Owner Pages, and New Property Pages
  • Handle phone calls and emails
  • Assign and schedule other team members to tasks
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property-related information, including what information we are missing, property details, and what's next

Requirements

  • Experience with AppFolio or other property management platforms
  • Ability to learn new technology platforms quickly
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations and maintain a positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
