About the position

Responsibilities

  • Assist with tenant onboarding, move-in, and move-out processes.

  • Schedule and coordinate property viewings for prospective tenants.
  • Provide excellent tenant communication, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Support lease renewal processes and assist with tenant relations.
  • Maintain organized records of tenant files and property documents.
  • Help manage work orders and coordinate minor property maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with local rental regulations and property policies.

Requirements

  • Interest in real estate or property management (previous experience is a plus but not required).
