About the position
The Property Management Sales Trainee position at VSM Real Estate is an internship opportunity designed for individuals eager to launch their careers in real estate sales. Participants will engage in a one-week intensive boot camp that focuses on client acquisition, lead generation, and property management sales, providing a strong foundation for success in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Attend a full-day in-person training session on the first day of the boot camp.
- Participate in hands-on experience with cold calling and sales practice from Tuesday to Friday.
- Engage in daily virtual check-ins for feedback and guidance from the VSM team.
- Celebrate achievements and review progress during the graduation ceremony at the end of the boot camp.
Requirements
- Sales experience or a strong interest in real estate sales.
- Possession of a Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one.
- Ability to commit to a full week of training and practice.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in corporate recruiting or sales.
- Familiarity with property management concepts.
