The Property Manager position involves overseeing residential properties, focusing on leasing units, responding to resident inquiries, and providing administrative support to the Property Manager. Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including rent collection, invoices, and expenses.
• Provide administrative support to the Property Manager, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and responding to email inquiries.
• Assist with marketing and advertising efforts to attract new residents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in leasing or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and other relevant regulations.
