About the position

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager and Property Coordinator for a luxury apartment community located in Anaheim, California. This is an immediate need, and we are looking for candidates who can bring their expertise to our excellent company. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a large, busy luxury complex with over 300 units. This role requires a minimum of 2 to 3 years of progressive property management experience, with a proven track record in managing similar properties. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, presenting themselves in a polished and professional manner. The Property Coordinator will support the Property Manager and is expected to have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. This position requires comfort with upselling and a preference for multifamily residential experience. Strong administrative skills are essential, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. While experience with Yardi is preferred, it is not mandatory. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must for both positions, as effective communication with residents and team members is crucial to the success of our community.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the luxury apartment community.
  • Manage tenant relations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs in a timely manner.
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain current residents.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and property performance metrics.
  • Assist in the leasing process, including upselling and showing available units.

Requirements

  • Property Manager: Minimum 2 to 3 years of progressive property management experience.
  • Experience managing a large, busy luxury complex with 300+ units.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Property Coordinator: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Property Coordinator.
  • Comfortable with upselling and marketing strategies.
  • Strong administrative skills, particularly in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Yardi experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
