About the position

The Property Management Assistant at Feagley Realtors is a part-time role focused on supporting property management activities, including leasing, customer service, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities

  • Assist with property leasing activities including showing units to potential tenants and processing applications.
  • Handle phone inquiries and provide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants.
  • Maintain property files and ensure all documentation is organized and up-to-date.
  • Assist with property maintenance requests and coordinate repairs with vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
  • Utilize Appfolio or similar software for property management tasks.
  • Support the Property Manager in various administrative tasks.
  • Uphold legal standards related to property law.

Requirements

  • Bilingual communication skills.
  • 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Mid-level administrative experience.
  • Driver's License required.
  • Legal administrative experience preferred.
  • QuickBooks proficiency.
  • Strong computer skills including typing and phone etiquette.
  • 2 years of property management experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of tenant's rights and rent control laws.
  • Some knowledge of home repair and construction.
  • Experience with Appfolio property management software.
