Responsibilities

  • Assist with property management tasks, including lease agreements, rent collection, and tenant communication.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of property-related information.
  • Handle conflict management and resolve tenant disputes in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Maintain phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team for property-related matters.
  • Assist with applications for prospective clients and current tenants on websites of agencies providing startup cost and back rent funding.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants and address their inquiries or concerns promptly.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in property management required.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent conflict management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements effectively.
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of property maintenance tasks.
  • Familiarity with legal administrative processes.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Experience with Yardi, Excel, and Word required.
