Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational and financial aspects of the property.

• Drive revenue enhancement and capital improvements.
• Report on property performance and operational metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a New Construction Lease up Property Manager in multifamily apartment management.
• Experience with new construction lease-up properties is a must.
• Excellent administrative and computer skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager and Yardi RENTCafe software preferred.
