About the position

Oak Leaf Management is seeking a strong Property Manager for our Baytown property. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in property management, customer service, and sales, with a go-getter attitude. This full-time position requires a self-starter who can effectively manage collections, marketing, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage property operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Implement collection plans and oversee marketing strategies.
  • Lead and motivate the property management team.
  • Handle general office tasks, bookkeeping, and customer service inquiries.
  • Maintain knowledge of apartment rental and collection practices.

Requirements

  • 1 year of property management experience.
  • Customer service and sales experience.
  • General office, bookkeeping, and customer service skills.
  • Managerial experience required.
  • High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Products (Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of apartment rental and collection practices; AMSI experience is a plus!
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Experience with AMSI property management software.
