The Property Manager at PMR Companies is responsible for overseeing all on-site operations at Brentlinger Apartments in Louisville, KY. This role focuses on achieving property financial and operational objectives while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The Property Manager will manage the leasing process, handle administrative tasks, collect rent, prepare financial data, and supervise property staff and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site operations of Brentlinger Apartments.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding employment, housing, landlord/tenant, safety, and real estate.
• Oversee the leasing process and administrative tasks.
• Collect rent and prepare financial data.
• Supervise property staff and maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Property Management.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• 1 year of experience with Yardi software.
