About the position

Abbey Residential Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a Class A property in the Willowbrook area. The role requires a professional with a proven track record in managing conventional properties, particularly in marketing and lease-up processes. The ideal candidate will be performance-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of building and mentoring a high-performing team. This position involves overseeing property operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing administrative tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Stabilize and manage a Class A property.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns.
• Lead and mentor a team of property management staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and positive resident reviews.
• Organize and delegate administrative tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Utilize Real Page Suite, including Onesite and CRM, for property management operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the multifamily industry.
• At least 2 years of experience as a property manager.
• Proven experience in marketing and lease-up processes.
• Familiarity with Real Page Suite, including Onesite and CRM.
• Valid Driver's License.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in managing lease-ups or renovations in Class A properties.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends occasionally.
