About the position

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager to oversee our diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and financial performance is optimized. This role is crucial in enhancing the overall value of our properties and providing exceptional service to our clients and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of residential and commercial properties
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance oversight
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and financial reports
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants
• Coordinate lease agreements and renewals
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with tenants and vendors
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns
• Oversee property staff and maintenance teams

Requirements

• Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation
• Valid Nevada real estate license
• Proven experience in property management, particularly in residential and commercial sectors
• Strong understanding of property management software and tools
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of market trends and property valuation techniques
