About the position

The Property Manager Corporate Assistant will support the manager in overseeing residential single and small multifamily properties. This role involves ensuring excellent customer service, managing tenant interactions, and assisting with property leasing and maintenance coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Routine Property Inspections and Notices
  • Tenant Interactions
  • Rent Collection Actions
  • Responding to Maintenance Requests and Emergencies
  • Being Rotationally On-call
  • Tenant Prospecting
  • Screening Prospects
  • Showing Rent Ready Units
  • Reviewing and Signing Lease Documents
  • Renewing Expiring Leases
  • Coordinating with Maintenance Teams
  • Working with Vendors and Local Authorities
  • Performing Evictions as Needed
  • Working Closely with Corporate Management

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
  • 2 years of experience in Property management
  • 2 years of Customer service experience
  • 1 year of Property leasing experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Driver's License
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
