The Property Manager will have the full responsibility of managing daily operations including oversight of the Service Manager and service team. The Property Manager must maintain the highest customer service standards for residents, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations exceeded. In this position, the Property Manager will manage staff performance, ensuring that the community is maintained to brand standards. Responsibilities also include overseeing marketing and leasing effectiveness, resident retention and satisfaction, management of property financials, and ensuring compliance with lease documents and audits. The role is pivotal in creating a positive living environment for residents and fostering a strong team culture among staff members. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the property including oversight of the Service Manager and service team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Five to seven years of experience in multifamily property management.
  • One to three years of supervisory experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Valid driver's license from the state of residence.
