About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager / Lead Management professional to join our team in Tallahassee, FL. This part-time position is ideal for seasoned real estate agents who are self-driven, customer-oriented, and eager to grow their careers in property management. As a commission-based role, you will have the opportunity to earn between $24,000 and $300,000 annually, depending on your performance and the number of leads you convert into sales. In this role, you will be responsible for managing leads and providing exceptional customer service to clients. You will be expected to be available to service leads between 9 AM and 5 PM, set appointments with clients at various properties, and answer inquiries promptly. Our company has established a strong network of staff and vendors to support you in delivering seamless service to homeowners and investors across Florida. We will provide training on our systems and business model to ensure your success. Your primary responsibilities will include communicating with leads, closing sales, meeting clients, showing properties, and networking within the community. You will earn a commission based on the rental amounts received, with the potential for residual income after six months to a year of successful sales. This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to choose your working hours while ensuring you are available to respond to incoming leads and calls. We are looking for individuals who possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, along with strong negotiation and presentation abilities. A willingness to learn about the local real estate market and the rental and purchase processes is essential. You should also be comfortable using basic software and technology, with a readiness to adapt to new systems as needed.
