Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of property management staff.
• Create and maintain referral-worthy customer experiences.
• Balance team leadership with business strategy to improve operations.
• Advocate for team members to enhance individual performance.
• Manage resident relations, leasing, and rent collection processes.

Requirements

• Minimum five years' experience as a residential property manager.
• Experience managing a Class A asset with around 300+ units.
• Prior supervisory experience including selection, hiring, and team training.
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Experience with budget processing and financial management.
