The Property Manager (Lease Up) role is focused on managing a 55+ Senior Living apartment community in Auburn Hills, MI. This position involves leading leasing activities, ensuring high occupancy rates, and delivering exceptional living experiences for residents. Responsibilities

• Drive the leasing process
• Conduct onsite tours and demonstrations
• Follow-up with prospects
• Process residential applications and screenings
• Manage maintenance team and daily maintenance activities
• Address customer service issues
• Enter and follow-up on maintenance requests

Requirements

• Sales and customer service acumen/experience
• Previous leasing experience preferred, but not required
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction
• Proficiency in property management tasks such as leasing and maintenance
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance
• Experience in legal administrative tasks related to property management
• Familiarity with LIHTC, Yardi, and other property management software
• Ability to effectively handle conflict resolution and negotiation situations
