About the position

As a Property Manager for TI Communities, you will oversee the management of Prescott Station Apartment Homes, a new construction property with 235 units under the LIHTC program. This role involves leading a team to ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations, maintaining high occupancy rates, and providing exceptional service to residents. You will be responsible for financial oversight, resident relations, and the overall operational success of the property, while fostering a collaborative and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide LIHTC oversight, compliance, and management.
  • Lead, train, and develop the onsite team.
  • Supervise staff, including work schedules and conflict resolution.
  • Manage resident retention, renewal, and leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy.
  • Maintain open communication with residents to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee resident relations, including handling requests and concerns.
  • Drive financial results to meet income and expense goals.
  • Analyze market trends to implement marketing and leasing strategies.
  • Lead sales efforts in the leasing process and team development.
  • Partner with the Service Director to ensure property conditions are well-maintained.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks including rent collection and financial reporting.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Exercise independent judgment to resolve resident requests or concerns.
  • Adhere to Fair Housing laws and TI Communities policies.

Requirements

  • Multi-family housing management experience.
  • LIHTC Certification or Specialization.
  • Knowledge of property bookkeeping and financials.
  • Ability to connect with diverse individuals and lead a team.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a high-volume and stressful environment.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions.
  • Positive attitude and desire to learn and develop skills.
  • Knowledge of Entrata software preferred.
  • College degree preferred.
  • ARM or CAM designation preferred.
